About the Finca

Finca Juamar is situated in Tahíche, built on a volcan. The property is formed by the house (Zonzamas); three studios (Fayna, Ico & Tirma) one separate apartment (Taro, with its own garden).

There is also a swimming-pool and a wash-room to be used by all guests. If there are guests who want to grow plants, they will have a place in the garden to do so.

Each unit is equipped with TV SAT apart from an extensive information about the island Lanzarote and its most outstanding places (museums, monuments, Centres of Art, Culture and Tourism,)restaurants and more. You get free internet with Wifi.

The land is about 7.000 square metres and borders on a Natural Park. It is a very quiet place, ideal for holidays in the country-side. If you are fond of walking, there are several paths going through extensive adjoining volcanic areas.

The nearest beaches are located in Costa Teguise, Arrecife (main city of Lanzarote) or Famara, all at a short distance by car. Nearby the FincaJuamar, in Costa Teguise, there is an 18 hole golf course.

How to find us

Salga del aeropuerto en dirección a Arrecife. En cuanto vea a lo lejos ypor encima de la carretera el aviso “Circunvalación”, pase al carril izquierdo y gire a la izquierda. Ahora se encuentra en la Circunvalación. En esta carretera siga recto hasta llegar a la indicación (señal) Orzola a su derecha.

Pase por debajo del puente y siga recto hasta llegar a la cuarta rotonda. Gire a la izquierda hasta que vea dos carteles: “Clínica Dental” y “Volcán”. Aquí gire a la derecha. En el primer STOP gire a la izquierda y en el segundo STOP gire a la derecha, siga recto hasta el final de la calle asfaltada. Continúe por el camino y verá a su derecha, en lo alto, la Finca Juamar. Por favor, preste atención a la velocidad máxima permitida en cada caso.
